Ramblers Events

We have our programs and meetings both in-person and Zoom which are held on the last Wednesday of the month at 9:30. In addition we have a mid-month meeting via Zoom only when requested by a member. Some may not care for Zoom, however, this has enabled us to have speakers from all over the state and even from England at a much better rate than having to pay for travel expenses, so there are advantages. After our in-person meetings we traditionally goto lunch with our speaker. Below are some of our upcoming meetings and events:

The program will focus Spain's Role in the American Revolution’ stories.

"Brides and Biscuits"

This program will focus on the Contraband Culture in Spanish East Texas, and is based upon his book by the same name

Gary Pinkerton, author, historical researcher writing mainly about East Texas
